“SMOKINITE” residential buildings
*SMOKINITE* residential buildings are located next to Izgrev quarter, in the new residential area of Burgas city, only meters away from PLAZA shopping mall and Kaufland supermarket. Currently this is the fastest developing area, which promises to compete the others with a number of advantages: quick and easy access to the main roads, entirely new infrastructure, high level of comfort of its inhabitants, new technologies, more green areas and healthier surroundings.
THE PROJECT
The project has a gross building area of 15 000 sq m comprising 3 residential buildings of in total 175 apartments.
